spec is an open source non-contact tool for measuring river water surface velocity and discharge rate. Designed to be low-cost for citizen scientists, spec can be built and modified by anyone. da provides sales and support for commercial spec customers.

The boom camera and the infrared boom camera are pole cameras that provide very high resolution image capture and remote streaming.
